Payment methods
Customers pay with GCash, Maya, or cash. For e-wallet payments, upload a screenshot and the reference number auto-fills from the receipt. Understand when payment is collected for each fulfillment option.

Cash collection at the counter
When a customer orders online and picks cash, they get a short pickup code on their order screen. The cashier looks the order up by that code instead of guessing from a name or a repeating order number, keys in the cash handed over, and the change is calculated automatically. If you collect payment upfront, the order is held until the cash is collected so the kitchen never starts on an unpaid order.
