How do I scan a QR code?

Open the Nom404 app and tap "Scan QR" on the home screen. Point your camera at the QR code displayed at the restaurant table or counter. The menu will load automatically.

What if the QR code won't scan?

  • Make sure your camera has good lighting
  • Hold your phone steady, about 6 to 12 inches from the code
  • Clean your camera lens
  • Check that camera permissions are enabled in your phone settings
  • If the code is damaged, ask the staff for help

How do I pay for my order?

Nom404 supports GCash, Maya, and cash payments. For digital payments, you'll be directed to complete payment in the GCash or Maya app, then upload a screenshot as proof. For cash, simply pay at the counter.

My payment proof was rejected. What do I do?

Make sure the screenshot clearly shows the transaction amount, reference number, and status. If your proof is rejected, you can re-upload a clearer screenshot from your order history. Contact the restaurant directly if the issue persists.

How do I track my order?

After placing an order, you'll see real-time status updates on the order tracking screen. You'll also receive push notifications when your order status changes.

I'm not receiving push notifications

  • Check that notifications are enabled for Nom404 in your phone settings
  • On Android 13+, make sure you granted the notification permission when prompted
  • Check that Do Not Disturb mode is off

Do I need an account?

No. You can order as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account lets you save your order history, favorite restaurants, and reorder with one tap.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile, then Settings, then Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data.

The app is crashing or not loading

  • Make sure you have the latest version from the App Store or Google Play
  • Try closing and reopening the app
  • Check your internet connection
  • If the problem persists, email us with your device model and app version
