Managing Multiple Locations

If you run more than one location, Multi-Branch Management lets you control everything from a single dashboard. Available on the Pro plan (P4,999/mo).

Creating a business group

A business group ties your locations together under one account. To create one:

  1. Go to Settings → Multi-Branch in the dashboard
  2. Tap “Create Business Group” and give it a name (e.g. your brand name)
  3. Your current location becomes the first branch automatically

To add more branches, tap “Add Branch” and fill in the location details — name, address, operating hours, and contact info. Each branch gets its own QR code for customers to scan.

Using the branch switcher

Once you have multiple branches, a branch switcher appears at the top of the dashboard. Tap the current branch name to switch between locations. When you switch:

  • Orders, analytics, and staff update to show data for the selected branch
  • Menu items show that branch's pricing and availability
  • Group-level views (like combined analytics) are available from the “All Branches” option

Shared menu with per-branch pricing

Your menu is shared across all branches by default, so you only need to set it up once. However, you can customize pricing for each location:

  1. Open any menu item and scroll to the Branch Pricing section
  2. Toggle on “Custom price” for branches that need a different price
  3. You can also mark items as unavailable at specific branches without removing them from the menu entirely

Tip: If your locations are in different areas, per-branch pricing lets you adjust for local market rates while keeping one unified menu.

Unified loyalty points

Loyalty points are shared across all branches in your group. When a customer earns points at one location, they can redeem them at any other location. This works automatically — no extra setup needed.

Customers see a single points balance in the app, regardless of which branch they visit. This encourages them to stay loyal to your brand even when they are near a different location.

Group promo codes

You can create promo codes that work at all branches in your group:

  1. Go to Loyalty → Promo Codes
  2. When creating a new code, select “All Branches” under the scope setting
  3. Customers can use the code at any of your locations

You can also create branch-specific promos if you want to run a deal at just one location. Choose “Specific Branch” and pick the location.

Transferring staff between branches

Need to move a team member to a different location? You do not need to remove and re-invite them:

  1. Go to Staff and tap the staff member's name
  2. Under Assigned Branch, select the new location
  3. Their role and permissions carry over — they can start working at the new branch immediately

You can also assign a staff member to multiple branches if they float between locations.

Multi-Branch Management is available on the Pro plan at P4,999/mo. This includes:

  • Unlimited branches under one business group
  • Shared menu with per-location pricing
  • Unified loyalty points across all branches
  • Group and branch-specific promo codes
  • Staff transfer between branches
  • Combined analytics across all locations

You can upgrade to Pro from Settings → Subscription in the dashboard.
